Our Senior Consultant, Carolyne Browne, is a qualified Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) and has a Masters level Employment Law qualification. Carolyne has more than 20 years HR experience working with both small family businesses and large organisations across a wide range of industry sectors.
Carolyne works with clients at both strategic and operational level. She is pragmatic, down-to-earth and, above all commercially-focussed.
