We are a professional HR consultancy based in the West Midlands providing a bespoke service to all of our customers. Because we take the time to get to know our clients and their businesses, HR Foundations offers the individual advice and support our clients need. This is something that remote telephone HR support desks simply can’t offer.

Our Senior Consultant, Carolyne Browne, is a qualified Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) and has a Masters level Employment Law qualification. Carolyne has more than 20 years HR experience working with both small family businesses and large organisations across a wide range of industry sectors.

Carolyne works with clients at both strategic and operational level. She is pragmatic, down-to-earth and, above all commercially-focussed.
